Some tips for the frizzy hair issues some of us experience so hey look no further than your kitchen. Warning some of the remedies maybe a little messy but it’s utilising what’s sitting in your kitchen without spending a penny !!!!!

Some of the common causes of frizzy hair are:

Blow drying for too long,

Using shampoos containing harsh chemicals,

Exposure to excessive sun/ wind exposure,

Brushing your hair too harshly,

A lack of regular trims (6-8 weeks is recommended).

#1 – First one to treat frizzy hair try the Apple vinegar challenge may not smell too good but why not give it a go. Amazing results 3 in 1 results conditions, adds shine as well as getting rid of dandruff at the same time. What have you got to lose? so add 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar to a glass of water massage into your hair and scalp. Leave in for 5 – 10 mins then rinse off just keep telling yourself it going to be worth it. Be brave and do once or twice a week.
#2 – The traditional egg mask also nourishes and adds shine to your hair. Whip one egg and add tepid water apply to your hair and massage gently. A tip do not wash out with hot water only warm as you will end up with an omelette on your head !!!!! Do not shampoo finish off with just a conditioner.
#3 – Let’s see what else we can use okay here’s another one apply a banana mask, it relieves dryness and helps to fight frizz. So here are the secret ingredients place a ripe  banana, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey into your blender push button. Apply the mixture onto your hair and leave on for at least 20-30 minutes. Rinse off with shampoo followed by conditioner as normal. Amazing treatment !!!!
#4 – Lastly if you prefer an avocado mask then try one ripe avocado with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil blend to a smooth paste. Apply to your hair leave for 20-30 mins and rinse off with shampoo and followed by conditioner. If you can manage this once or twice a week it will nourish,prevent dryness, combat frizziness and also helps with split ends.
